KICKBOXING is an intense fat burning workout that unifies elements of martial arts and boxing techniques. Using boxing gloves, striking a bag, high-intensity interval rounds, and partner drills. Tran’s kickboxing classes will empower you to get in lean, strong and confident.

KICKBOXING IMPACT - This is the absolute best workout class in Denver. This kickboxing fitness class is a punch, kick, knee, strike to the beat of the music (using gloves and bags). Combining amazing kickboxing techniques with aerobics and martial arts to give you an exhilarating workout that will blast fat and tone every inch of your body.

KICKBOXING CARDIO - is the same incredible class as KICKBOXING IMPACT but without using gloves or bags.

KRAV MAGA SELF-DEFENSE - This class will teach you how to apply your kickboxing for real life self-defense. Not only will you get the cardio and toning conditioning and benefits from kickboxing but you will strengthen your body, sharpen your mind, and boost your confidence by learning how to safely escapes from various grabs, holds, and dangerous positions. Our instructors teach you the R.A.D system of self-defense. Recognize danger, Avoid if possible and Defend if necessary. Have Fun, Get Fit and Be Your Own Bodyguard.

TRANSFIT (indoor boot-camp) classes are specifically designed to IGNITE your metabolism, create more energy and to sculpt your entire body from head to toes. This intense circuit interval workout will drastically improve your strength and endurance by utilizing different modalities such as free weights, bands, body weight, Med ball, TRX, Treadmills, Bikes, BOSUs, Battle ropes, kettle bells and much more. This multiple class format is cross training at its best. Which equates to a strong, tone, lean mean fat burning machine! TransFit is suitable for all fitness level and our teachers will help you modify any exercise.

BODY PUMP is designed to blast fat, create an after burn effect, tone and sculpt your entire body using barbells and adjustable weights to highly motivating music. From shoulders to calves you will become lean and strong. You'll tighten & firm your body while increasing your bone density & reducing your stress level. This class is for beginners to advanced students.

BOOTY-OLOGY (with Holly) is a unique, high-energy no impact exercise class that combines functional body movements and light weights with continual fat burning motion. The focus is toning and resistance exercises for the butt, legs, torso, arms, and abs to sculpt muscles and elongate the appearance of your body.
